Do you mean trauma support groups are counterproductive? I can’t agree to be negative about that, they serve a purpose. It helps to have someone to share with to get through a traumatic stage. Counterproductive would be to get stuck in that. People who don’t seek any help are way more likely to become toxic to others.
But the point is to help heal and move through whatever stages there may be. Into joy, as you say ☺️ We already have that kind of bonding: #nostr
