Under the hood update: We’ve updated note ranking to further fortify against pile-ons or organic waves of ratings from one perspective. Notes now need a minimum number of ratings from raters with different perspectives, ensuring Helpful status reflects a more robust consensus and decreasing the chances of a status change as more ratings arrive.
Notes that otherwise meet the Helpful standard but do not have enough ratings are shown as visible note previews to help gather more ratings, and will also be included in the Needs Your Help tab.
