TIL the music used in the infamous “You wouldn’t steal a car” anti-piracy ads was itself pirated. It was used without the permission of the musician, Melchior Reitveldt, who found out that his music was part of the campaign when he purchased a Harry Potter DVD and saw the ad play at the beginning.
