It drives me insane that we keep a planter filled with rocks on our balcony's floor literally labelled "cigarette butt" in Sharpie but every day people just leave their butts scattered across the porch. It is a walk of like a few feet at most.
I'm a smoker, but I'm the type of smoker who will walk well out of my way to properly throw away my butts when I'm done let alone a couple feet.
