I was anticipating there would be a lot of interest in this topic from technical folks, but also from new, non-techie users surprised by the lack of this feature.
I used the minimum amount of furry art for such a discussion.
Ironically, this post didn't take off anywhere. Nobody was interested in this post.
Even r/crypto, which is a fantastic community, had floated around the 50% upvote, 0 points line since I submitted it there. (This is in spite of only having one supportive comment on the thread.)
Hacker News just auto-killed the post. I'm not sure if my account is shadowbanned, or if my blog's domain is.
And what makes it funny is that, for the past 4+ years, I've had techbros screeching in my comments section about the furry art in my blog posts.
The one time I keep it to a minimum when sharing something technically interesting? Crickets!
It's so goddamn funny.
