Ok this is fucking stupid because it was rod busters who were taking the crane down using shortcuts, which were not legal but ok if you're not in the wind canyon that this part of town is in. It wasn't the crane operator.
Also it will be sad if my favorite operator isn't allowed to feed seagulls on highrise rooftops using a bucket anymore, because that shit is hilarious.
