Nuits-sous-Ravières - Hazebrouck - Poperinge - Bruxelles - Gorzów Wielkopolski - Ełk - Panevėžys - Rīga - Valga - Tallinn - Paldiski - Kapellskär - Stockholm - Mulhouse - Maastricht - Nuits-sous-Ravières, and then maybe Liberec and Subotica/Novi Sad
November is not my favourite travel month, but I think there are enough interesting things to make this worthwhile!
