Found a website selling a 16 lb Bourbon Red turkey (dressed, so that’s 21 lbs live which is within range for toms) for $290 and other websites aren’t too far different so that’s just shy of $14 per pound of live turkey
Most recommend you sell for a minimum of $4 per pound to make your money back plus a little extra so there’s certainly money to be made
