Wallets can differ in creating addresses and address gaps/hops, like receiving addresses are not created secuencially but e.g. every 10th address is used for security reasons. That can be the reason that some balances are not showing up though you use the exact seedphase or privkey. The most reliable Wallet I have found for recovery is #Electrum
