Reason Number 674 why I hate construction.
So, we are like last 5% of closing out a commercial remodel, the last building inspection thing was to use a fire proofing coating to cover exposed studs.
Simple right? Cool, I went and applied the coating.
**A few moments later**
Realize, I applied a product for drywall to the wood because all the product names are like HURR DURR AA!11445 and I applied AA!11446
Building inspector caught it, fire marshall caught, and now HURR DURR IT'S NOT PROPERTY ADHERED CAN'T SIGN OFF ON IT.
Mfw I can't remove it easily either.
WHELP THERE GOES 12K I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO GET
GUESS IM EATING TOAST FOR A MONTH AND POTENTIALLY GETTING SUED.
Never construction, not even once.
