Some of the people you're addressing probably didn't read beyond the first paragraph. It needs to be said though. There is a lot of arrogance.
I try to remember that some of these people have been attacked or trolled for years and in response developed a thick skin that manifests as arrogance. It's a working theory. 🤷♂️
