For years, Clippy was seen as a negative brand thing because of how it had annoyed Office users or been a source of jokes. Now it seems MS is coming around to inviting Clippy back as a mascot (other than as the actual badly smelling physical mascot suit at some internal events) - as all the annoyed people have moved on to being annoyed by other things?
