This is a little town, and lately everyone says to me how pretty and thin i am. I always thanks a compliment, but i wonder if at any point, anyone is going to ask me if i'm OK instead.
I was at 83 Kg less than a month ago. I weight 74 now.
I'm the first one to encourage people when they MANIFEST that they are training or doing something beneficial for their health. But we must learn as a society to catch certain clues, because most "Wow, you look great now" have a trauma behind.
