Just putting out there that I think 23.6k is an appalling wage for someone to work on a production line drawing blood from people presenting with everything from mystery fatigue up to terminal cancer, being friendly, polite and professional to every one, and not fuck up any part of the process (we didn't often get wrong tube type / unlabelled tube / mismatched data, but it happens)
