So far I've bought/tried/returned one that worked fine as a USB-C to A hub and ethernet port, but whose onboard HDMI and audio outputs did not appear visible at all.
I'm also currently trying out a Dell one that seems fine for USB-A, ethernet, and HDMI. It has audio that doesn't even appear as a USB device until you unplug/replug the audio connector in, every time. Most annoying. Also half the times I plug it in it doesn't do power passthrough.
My experience thus far has not been good.
