Was doing carnivore since the new year.
Decided to eat pizza last night because I saw Susiebdds (npub1jt0…6q3n) talk about indulging occasionally.
NEVER. AGAIN.
Literally made me sick. 🤮 overnight. Elevated RHR. Elevated respiratory rate. Fever. HRV through the floor.
To be fair, I didn’t make the pizza myself so ingredients were dubious at best. But won’t be trying that food again ever.
