A month of rainfall in 24 hours gave Slovenia its worst extreme weather disaster in history.
The floods, which have damaged 2/3 of this small but mountainous central European country, have claimed at least six lives and forced thousands of people to evacuate, many by boat.
Some 16,000 homes are without electricity, while landslides continue to pose a danger across the country.
