I’m not even sure what’s better — that I cancelled my Comcast account years ago yet Xfinity was apparently still holding my information in a way that the hackers could easily steal it, or that Comcast’s email notification about the hack was phrased so poorly that my email ISP thought the notification was a phishing attempt.
EDIT I forgot to even include the third best thing — that they waited to send the notification to customers (and presumably fellow former customers) until Christmas Eve.
