I’m still using 2-clause BSD for all of my own code, and do not plan on changing that. At least not for one of the current free software licences (I might switch to anti-capitalist ones at some point, but this would mean no longer being considered as free/libre software).
Even a GPL code can be closed down at any time, you only need to change the licence alongside a new release. The real red flag for me is company-backed software development.
