These pachiderms in the SCOTUS are brazenly ignoring 42 U.S.C. § 455: “Any justice, judge or magistrate of the United States shall disqualify himself in any proceeding in which his impartiality may reasonably be questioned.” That is the gauge of the Justices' Code of Conduct while sitting in the Bench. "SHALL" is mandatory, there is no leeway. Otherwise they should be impeached. The problem is the US Congress does not have the political "balls" to do it!
