Somebody was snotty to me on the internet yesterday – I know … big surprise. But I responded politely, thanking them for the actual helpful information at the core of the message.
This morning, I received a follow-up comment apologizing for the tone.
Sometimes people surprise you and the internet isn’t completely awful.
