After a night full of anxious thoughts and waking up this morning from an intense, stressful dream, I'm really struggling this morning.
It's been a month since my wife went back to Ontario to attend to some family things. I love having time alone, but after a month, I'm starting to feel alone and isolated.
My stepson is coming in two weeks to help me drive back, so I'm looking forward to that. I'm also heading out to do some off-road trails with the local off-road club this weekend, and I've been taking the dogs to a park where I find the people are generally pretty friendly.
Still, I'm struggling.
