Occasionally I see callout posts like "Hey foo@example.com is known abuser ", and I go "hmm, I have no context here but that's mildly concerning, I wonder if the admins of example.com know", and so I drop the admins a DM
And sometimes they go "Yeah, I'm aware, and its ", and sometimes they go "I'm aware and investigating"
But also surprisingly often they go "

Which I think says something quite tragic about how often situations turn into raging infernos without the people who have the ability to intervene being able to prevent that
