Could the content monetization strategy work here maybe? Not sure how much that has become intertwined with their platform. An easy avenue to get paid for videos could be an attraction maybe?
Also yeah I pretty much ignore almost everyone's opinion here about product stuff. We're all here because we literally have no idea what we're doing and it's easy to take someone else's database and build a clone on top with absolutely no market research or monetization strategy.
