Birds can fly; they're made for it. But if a fish wants to fly, it will need to perform some crazy mental and physical gymnastics. Copying whatever the bird does won't help the fish to fly.

Some people are genetically gifted to be athletic. They can get in shape doing various activities and eating different types of food. But most people aren't like that.

If you don't do exactly what's necessary and put in a lot of effort, you likely won't succeed. This is why we need to learn and try different things to find out what our bodies need to become athletic.

It's a hard, but interesting and exciting journey!
