Ohhh ok. So it's a premium level of Amazon, getting you faster free delivery. You can just use the browser interface. So really you don't need a phone at all, just a browser on your computer connected to the Internet.
If you don't care about privacy/security, you can use an Alexa, but it is not necessary. I personally will never have such a device in my presence. I'm not a fan of Amazon (nor of what Bezos has done to my city (Seattle)) but they are cheaper & fast.
