My buddy is working on this without the bitcoin farm. He bought a prison which still has all buildings on it, but the great part is that the property is secured. High fences that are also buried, a guard tower, and eight other buildings for 100k. He has since put in the hookups for RVs, so you can chill on the property, explore some of the buildings, and be secure at night knowing that the only people around you are other campers. It's a work in progress, but as people camp there, he'll be renovating or tearing down buildings one by one.
