Good Monday morning! I have a therapist appt in an hour w/ my awesome new ND therapist who mostly only sees ND patients.
This is my first therapist since I was diagnosed in 2021 and it's sort of like a spiritual awakening? I understand why so many things didn't work with past therapists and, even more importantly, my therapist *understands* me 🤓
