I also loved the snapshot with a map marker, more metroid/castlevanias should do that! So good!
But, it also was the only demo that day I tried that had online login, and a buggy skip for it(I had to reboot before it even worked). Not a good look for something on a traveling game platform.
It was enough to put the game on sales only wishlist, despite being a big fan. :(
