Before I started my last job 6 years ago, Kubernetes was still pretty immature tech. That job had no need for it, so I haven't had a good reason to use it up to now. Now it's everywhere.
I've been doing a deep dive over the past month, first with the kind environment Bluefin-dx sets up, and then moving on to a bare metal test machine.
That was successful so now I'm migrating certain self-hosted services from traditional on-bare-metal installs into a new local cluster.
