Size of cloud spend is another one. An exec (and head of engineering) at a large company (> $10B) bragged to me that they had the largest cloud spend of any AWS customer at $400M/yr. I failed to maintain my poker face when he said that and the guy immediately followed up with, "uhh, well, maybe we're #2".
That's not even close. There are companies that are primarily on-prem with larger cloud spend than that.
