I read or hear of anything related to the Holocaust I cannot help but think of what the Israeli government is doing to the Palestinians and has been doing for 70 years or so. One difference though I see: the IDF knows exactly what they are doing as if a perverse “Solution”. It’s such a pervasive horror that maybe now any “news” of murder and destruction in Gaza or that whole area also daily brings to my mind the Holocaust. “Banality” no. Unending evil.
