His statement was true then, and it's even more true now. Big Tech helped steal the 2020 election and tried to do it in 2024, but God's plan prevailed. If we don't fix this issue before the midterms, we are SCREWED.
Social media platforms should not enjoy Section 230 protections if they continue censoring conservatives. Section 230 has been both a blessing and a curse. It shields platforms from liability for user-generated content, which is what makes them social platforms, but not mandating that they host free speech gives them the power to be speech tyrants. We need a little section that says, "The immunity protections set herein does not apply to platforms that censor legally protected speech."
All banned users & creators on all social media platforms whose speech was protected by the 1st amendment must be reinstated. I will fall in love with any Congressmember who spearheads the legislation to do it.
