JUST TO BE CLEAR:
If this is all laid out beforehand, before a deal is done, before a contract is made, clearly and in a non-hidden way, no real issue. You take a view when you do a deal, and that can include all factors.
What specifically and exquisitely annoys me is when they attempt to just bluster their way into getting it crowbarred in a long time into a contract.
