No. Born-again believers mostly use the KJV, few still use the Scofield Bible, but the damage is done. The two primary doctrines that have perverted Baptist churches for instance are the Pre-trib doctrine and Dispensationalism.
Outside of those, they follow the Bible more closely than just about any other group.
