IndieBlocks employs a "trick," and will actually create a Group with a Custom HTML block in it with the `u-bookmark-of` and `h-cite` classes followed by a Group with an `e-content` class, the latter holding the actual "inner blocks." You *could* then manually adapt the mf2 into `u-quotation-of` or so.
Or we could define a Quotation block or something. Not sure if a "variant" suffices, I thought not
