Lots of news about the SCOTUS taking the Trump ballot case but the undercard is that the Court also just granted cert in a case where the Ninth Circuit held en banc that federal law allows abortions in emergency rooms to stabilize a pregnant person in distress. The Fifth Circuit recently held to the contrary (like this week). The case docket is here:
