The way I see it as bitcoin hodler is just someone who does just that. buys and holds amd not much else. They see it as a passive investment.
A bitcoiner uses their bitcoin as money, is involved in the community, orange pills, builds, or at least furthers the cause in sone way. A bitcoiner is a hodler who's also more actively involved in the ecosystem.
