Blaming someone in a leadership position is cheap. I’ve made this mistake quite often and will probably do it again (but I’ll try hard not to).
Like I blame Turdeau a lot for his mistakes, and while that isn’t changing (his heart isn’t with Canada but with the WEF elites)…
I do have some agency, when it comes down to it at least on my little sphere of influence: reflecting on how I could behave differently to improve outcomes between me and those higher up in the hierarchies, and even those around me as well.
