RA WCom: Hearing on cases about regulations recently published in the Gazette
Dear Community,
Yesterday, 23rd of January, the Hon'ble Madras High Court admitted two cases by the Working Committee and one by an Aurovilian resident against both sets of new regulations that were recently published in the Gazette of India by the Secretary to the Governing Board. The lawyer for the Foundation took notice of the cases and was served with papers by our lawyers. The matter has been posted for an early hearing on the 1st of February. Please find attached the relevant written order from the Hon'ble court.
