I'm not trained in MMA, at all, my son however, who is much smaller than me, is. We'd been out drinking a few months ago and when we got home, we had a playful roll around on the floor. He got me in an armbar and I had to "Tap out". Over 2 months later my elbow is just about getting back to normal🥴😂.
