I like that... there's a lot of "what other's think doesn't matter" that gets thrown around, and while it's true, it should be more of a reflection of who's validation are we seeking and why, rather than an excuse to stay in a place where what we are offering is not well recieved. Maybe I'm an outlier but I'd rather surround myself with people who will help me grow in some way and accept whatever I can offer in return for that... then we grow together. When we find the right people, what they think matters a lot... and vice versa.
