the_valley™️ does not use "prescription drugs" to regulate content; my protocols develop and exercise personal self-control/learn to rest and manage stress through awareness of patterns.
i do not personally have any medical prescriptions of any sort, i do not use drugs of any sort, and i drink a whiskey once every 6 months or so.
i operate quietly on purpose.
