One of the things #relays should consider doing is de-duping recent #posts. Yes you can ban the pople who post the same thing over and over again within a spam of one to 7 days. But that might be a bit harsh. Just had to block a news npub on here because it kept posting the same story over and over again. The #content itself is useful, but the feed-flooding behavior is gross. De-duping the #feed would discourage such behavior by the posters (without permanently #banning their accounts needlessly) and improve user experience for all readers.
