This has made me ridiculously happy.
Three years ago, my Kniphofia rooperi started to die off - they looked as though they were rotting, despite my extremely well drained soil. I dug them up and replanted the best pieces.
Since then they’ve sulked, producing a few leaves but no flowers. So this is a more than welcome sight.
