Blossom is a protocol for uploading media to a server. Blossom.band / blossom.nostr.build support this protocol, so yes, nostr.build is a Blossom server. If you upload using our Blossom server it will be hashed, and you get your own address https://<your npub>.blossom.band/<hash>.<file type>
