There is a level of trust that builds between team members that I really have only found there, when it's like a phone call instead of a classroom. It is especially great if some of us is in other time zones or may be doing lunch/family thing/etc. Work still gets done but I don't dread the meetings like I did some of my college classes. Which is interesting because the stakes for the work are higher then a grade/assignment.
