Did the same in 2022. Then CEO Charlie Cole I'd met before, so he made it right eventually.
Last month, Costco's floral service goofed up a delivery sent my by father-in-law. They also did the redelivery wrong.
Redelivered flowers is the wrong customer service experience. Customers are entrusting you with representing them in your relationships from birth, through courtship, and death.
