OK. That makes sense, but, if you're just tracing the amount of sats to and from addresses, why does every utxo remain "in" an address? That should be an externalization if the accountability mechanism, not something "inside" an address that hinders sending sats from an address and costing way more in fees.
A new utxo is generated upon transaction initiation, and that's fair enough to have to pay the fees for that, but it's stupid to have to pay fees on every utxo previous to that. WTF!
