This whole "aspartame is bad" thing I've just been hearing about.... Isn't that something we pretty much knew 25 years ago?
I seem to remember it being common knowledge that it was not safe or good for you.
We forgot? I mis-remembered? Why have I been avoiding aspartame for decades? (Because I heard it was bad for you in the 1990s.. somewhere)
